Using over 20 years of experience to help design previous continuing ed courses for fitness and rehab professionals, this course was designed to dive deeper and to help you process and integrate the information into your practice. You can choose from the Core Connect Fitness Pro course, which contains over 5 hours of self paced videos OR Our signature three month Core Connect Mentorship program that combines the self paced videos with bi-weekly zoom meetings and access to a private online community. This allows for more accountability, personalized attention, connections with other fitness professionals, and further integration to get the maximum benefit for yourself and your clients. The mentorship is only offered twice a year... the next cohort starts in January and registration is now open!
