Pilates Reformer & More: small group Pilates equipment classes

Strengthen and lengthen on the reformer, chair, and other Pilates equipment with small group classes. Our group classes have a maximum of 4 people in order to ensure personalized attention. Previous Pilates experience is required (sign up for our intro package or pop up Pilates class first if you are new to the Pilates equipment)! Grip socks are required (we sell them in the studio if you need). Our 4 week session is $175 and includes access to our Pilates on demand library so you can continue to strengthen at home.
We open our above Pilates reformer & more classes for drop ins based on availability. Pilates experience is required. For this session, there are drop ins available at the following times, additional times may be added so keep checking back... Sign up on the classes link at the top or bottom of the page. If you are not able to sign up for a time listed here, please email [email protected]. Investment is $45/class.

Strengthen your core and keep moving with a live, online 4 week session of mat Pilates with Dr. Rachel. This class session will also come with access to our Pilates classes on Demand library for the month. Investment is $99. Or sign up for ongoing classes and save- auto renews each month for $79! Teen Core Conditioning
Mon August 5 from 8-8:30pm
This is a 30 minute zoom class designed for teens. We will focus on core strength, flexibility, and dynamic balance in order to decrease risk of injury and enhance performance. This is the perfect cross training class for any sport (or just for life)! A replay will be sent after. This is a one time trial class- we would love your feedback after... as we will offer it regularly in the fall if there is enough interest.
Core Reset
Online 8 week program starting 9/24
Learn how to FIND and FEEL your deep core muscles with Dr. Rachel Miller, Physical Therapist and certified PIlates instructor in this new program. It combines education and exercise to strengthen your deep core system and also how to make sure your core is supporting you in everyday activities. This program is for anyone who has a history of back pain or stiffness, abdominal or back surgery, pelvic floor issues, diastasis recti, is postpartum, or feels their core just needs a boost. When you sign up you get immediate access to the online videos. Weekly zoom meetings start 9/24 and are Tuesdays from 12-1pm with a replay sent after, and you also get access to an online community.
