Pilates 101 combines 6 weeks of Pilates in studio classes with our signature Core Connections videos. FIND and FEEL your core... Each week you will watch 1-2 videos for "homework" to help reinforce what you are learning in class utilizing the Pilates reformer, chair, springboard and other equipment. Class size is limited to 6 people, and beginners are welcome!

Strengthen and lengthen on the reformer, chair, and other Pilates equipment with small group classes. Our group classes have a maximum of 4 people in order to ensure personalized attention. Previous Pilates experience is required (sign up for our intro package or pop up Pilates class first if you are new to the Pilates equipment)! Grip socks are required (we sell them in the studio if you need). Our 6 week session is $255 and includes access to our Pilates on demand library so you can continue to strengthen at home.
We open our above Pilates reformer & more classes for drop ins based on availability. Pilates experience is required. For this session, there are drop ins available at the following times, additional times may be added so keep checking back... Sign up on the classes link at the top or bottom of the page. If you are not able to sign up for a time listed here, please email [email protected]. Investment is $45/class.

Virtual Mat Pilates
Mondays at 7pm on Zoom
December session 12/2-12/30 (no class 12/23)
Strengthen your core and keep moving with a live, online 4 week session of mat Pilates with Dr. Rachel. This class session will also come with access to our Pilates classes on Demand library for the month. Investment is $99. Or sign up for ongoing classes and save- auto renews each month for $79! Classes are 45 minutes on zoom and replays will be sent after class. Equipment needed includes light weights (soup cans or water bottles will work), thick paper plates for gliders, a small squishy ball (9 inch sponge ball works well) and a long resistance band. Pre/Postnatal Education & Exercise
Wednesday 12/11 at 11am OR Tuesday 1/7 at 7:30pm
Join us for a mix of education with a women's health Physical Therapist and short Pilates based exercise class with expert instructor Tabitha. This class is designed especially for expecting and new Moms (that are cleared to exercise), and is appropriate if you have Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation). You will need light weights and a pillow. Investment is $30, and a replay will be sent after and available for 1 week.
Menopause: Shatter the Stigma
Tuesday January 28th at 12pm OR 6pm
Learn how to embrace life through perimenopause and menopause with Annemarie Sampson, personal trainer and health/wellness educator. This 2 hour workshop will include education about common myths, empowerment and self care, mental health and nutrition. Then share your story, ask your questions, and participate in yoga and meditation. Investment is $48, snacks and handouts will be provided.
