"The targeted exercises have already helped (and I intend to keep practicing them to reach my goals). The Pelvic Floor Foundations video (in the Core Connections program) was a super helpful way to start- there is so much I didn't know that I learned in that video. It really helped set the foundation for success in the classes! I am so glad I signed up."- P.K.
"I took Pilates small group classes and learned so much (both about Pilates and my own body)! I'd for sure recommend to anyone! I left every class feeling confident that I had gotten a good workout and woke up every following morning feeling sore in little tiny muscles I never knew I had." - Jenna G
