What people are saying about Pilates for Rehabilitation...
"I really loved being able to take this course virtually. I got a ton of really great information and good feedback without being in person. Rachel did a great job of teaching to people in the studio and those of us on zoom. This was a perfect introduction for how to use pilates as a provider... I'm so excited to use this in the clinic tomorrow."
"Best CEU I have taken thus far. So much great knowledge that I can take into my practice. Thank you so much for being a great resource and teacher."
"Fantastic course! As a pelvic floor PT, I loved some of the new exercises... Love how applicable this course was. Also love the cueing for core activation. Thank you!"
"I have much greater awareness of how to focus on core stability. Great cueing for pelvic tilts! I found the statistics on how many patients learned how to do kegels properly and even marching with transverse abdominis activation very enlightening."
"Great course!! It's a rare thing to find a CEU that is enjoyable and beneficial. This was both! The handout were really well organized as was the lay out of the course. Breakout rooms on Zoom allowing for practice and asking questions were helpful to me. I really feel like I can cue my patients more concisely and use the reformer more effectively now. "
"Thank you for providing modifications and other ideas for Pilates exercises for patients/others to do at home without equipment."
