What makes our specialty classes different??
Many of our classes combine education AND exercise!
"The targeted exercises have already helped (and I intend to keep practicing them to reach my goals). The Pelvic Floor Foundations video was a super helpful way to start this program- there is so much I didn't know that I learned in that video. It really helped set the foundation for success in the classes! The Core & Pelvic Floor class and teaching style were great- I am so glad I signed up."- P.K.
